Ridge Estate are local producers of fine extra virgin olive oil.
Each variety is processed separately in small batches using
the latest oil extraction technology. Small batches allow the
olives to be processed within a few days from picking and
they produce extra virgin olive oil in the Tuscan style.
Ridge Estate have also introduced a range of Dukkah in
plain, herb & spicy flavours as well as Kalamatta table olives
which are finished off in a red wine vinegar brine with a
touch of olive oil. The olives come pitted or unpitted and are
available in a 300ml jar.
As the olives and Dukkah are new lines, at this stage they
can only be bought from Tasting Station Rosebud, Red
Hill Cheese, William Rd Red Hill, and also direct from
Ridge Estate at the Mornington Racecourse Market and Boneo Market by
