masterpiece, Settlers Run Golf & Country Club, is
now available with the Club launching individual,
family and corporate membership packages.

Settlers Run Golf & Country Club will be open to
member play in October 2007.

To celebrate the first release of memberships,
Settlers Run is offering golfers who join

“The Pioneers”

Those who join The Pioneers will have their name
commemorated on a special honour board in the
Clubhouse. As well as the 18-hole championship
golf course, Settlers Run members will have
access to a range of world-class facilities including
a Golf & Country Club incorporating a luxury
clubhouse, gymnasium, tennis courts, swimming
pool, golf shop and bar/bistro.

Settlers Run Club Manager, Jane Bell, said the

a range of needs.

“For individuals we are offering both seven day

and five day memberships,
"Due to the range of facilities at the Golf & Country
Club we’re also offering family memberships

fees of $2,500 . This includes full access to the
indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and
tennis courts.

The Club is now taking bookings for
corporate golf days, Christmas parties, weddings
and other functions.

The Settlers Run golf course has seen
Greg Norman draw inspiration from
Melbourne’s renowned courses to
create a dramatic, natural golf setting
just 45 minutes drive south-east of
the Melbourne CBD.

The design of the 18-hole championship
golf course takes advantage of the undulating
landscape and native vegetation to
create a layout that complements the
surrounding environment.

The bunkering is a key feature of the design, with
Greg Norman using dramatic sand faced bunkers
for which the Melbourne sandbelt is renowned.
