The Backyard is open Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Nights from 6.30pm to 1am and Sundays for lunch
from 12pm. The venue has a variety of live music
each week and range of styles to suit everyone.

Josephine?s at the Briars Historic Park is a
beautiful spot and certainly worth paying a
visit whether for morning tea, lunch, dinner or
afternoon tea.
The menu a la carte and there is much to
choose from.
Entrees and light meals include soup of the day
served with a crusty bread roll for those cold
wintry days, bruschetta, special chargrilled egg
plant, feta and crispy prosciutto plus delicious
Mediterranean dips, lamb skewers, mussels
and calamari.
A popular main is Rib eye steak, selected steak
cooked to your liking, served on garlic mash,
seasonal vegetables and topped with red wine
jus or try chicken breast stuffed with pesto and
prosciutto, served on risotto with a creamy
sage sauce. Another favourite is Atlantic
salmon grilled portion of choice served on rice
with wilted greens and topped with a sweet
chilli/coriander/lime sauce. Of course there are
many desserts to choose from.
Josephine?s is closed Monday and Tuesdays
and will be closed from 9th to 24th July.

Christmas in July, the 28th and September
